MEBLE POLSKA Furniture Trade Fair (Meble Polska)

Introduction:

For exhibitors MEBLE POLSKA is the most important opportunity to present and sale their latest products to traders from all over the world. MEBLE POLSKA is one of the most effective furniture sourcing fairs in Europe. Since 2010, it has been organized in a new B2B formula and is now ranked among the most important furniture industry trade fairs in Europe. MEBLE POLSKA is an ideal opportunity to sell the latest collections for the new season to wholesale furniture buyers from all over the world .

The attendance of visitors exceeded the statistics of last year's edition. An international representation of foreign buying groups, wholesalers and furniture showroom chains from all continents filled the fair halls. – This is the effect of an even broader and more intensive international promotional campaign than in previous years preceding the MEBLE POLSKA 2025 Fair. It focused on the most important and promising markets for Polish furniture exports. The furniture B2B event in Poznań was the first global trade fair in Europe at the beginning of the year. The visitor registration system shows that the whole world came to Poznań in search of business partners and collections for the new sales season – says Józef Szyszka, director of the Meble Polska Furniture Fair.
Ultimately, the total number of fair participants amounted to 16,512 people, which is an increase of 15 percent over the previous year. The percentage of visitors from abroad again also increased noticeably, this year accounting for as much as 58 percent of all fair visitors. This means an increase by as much as 4 percentage points compared to the result in 2024.

The MEBLE POLSKA 2025 Fair was visited by furniture buyers from 71 countries. Traditionally, apart from traders from Poland, the largest group were visitors from Germany, which for years has been the most important trading partner of the Polish furniture industry and where the largest part of Polish furniture exports goes. This year, German traders accounted for 16.1 percent of buyers from abroad.

However, there were major changes on the further steps of the podium, which were last year taken by guests from the Czech Republic and Lithuania. This time, second and third place were taken by visitors from Ukraine (7.3%) and Romania (6%), respectively. The top ten most frequently represented countries also included: France, Lithuania, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Belgium and Slovakia.

– The Go Global strategy we have been pursuing for several years is bringing results. The MEBLE POLSKA brand has become widely recognisable in the furniture industry worldwide – says Józef Szyszka. As a result, the number of visitors from key markets for the development of Polish furniture exports, such as the United States (an increase of 173% this year), India (+140%) and Israel (+189%), is also growing.

The Meble Polska 2025 fair was visited by traders from all continents. Among the visitors were merchants from such distant and exotic countries as: Azerbaijan, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Egypt, Georgia, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritius, Mongolia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Solomon Islands, Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates.
